Cloudy, dirty water and strong algae growth are common problems in ponds. These problems are caused by floating particles due to an excessive supply of nutrients, dead plants, over-fertilized soil, acid rain, fish excrement and left-over food. These particles produce ammonia which is harmful to all living beings. OASE's unique Biotec Filter System transforms ammonia into nitrite using a natural process. The nitrite is then changed into harmless nitrate. Nitrate actually constitutes a healthy nutrient conducive to plant growth. The mechanical filtration process is carried out by various structured foam filters, the biological process through naturally occuring bacteria that settle on bio-elements.

Just wanted to let you know
the UV (Tetra GreenFree) arrived last Friday
safe and sound. Our pond looks amazing. The Biotec 10 had it
looking really good before the UV, but now that the UV has had some time
to work the pond is even clearer. Thanks again for your help in choosing
the most suitable equipment for our situation. We look forward to
having a much nicer looking pond this year!

for the follow up on my order. I've been meaning to send you an e-mail
to thank you for your great service. I had my liner stuff picked up by
my driver the same day we confirmed my order. I was back to work 3 days
later and the rest of the stuff beat me there. All packaged profesionally,
no backorders, and best of all no freight bills! I'm sure that no local
store could have supplied everything in the same time frame even if they
could match your price, and I've checked, and they can't. I'm very impressed
with the quality and integration of the OASE products (BIOsys
OP-300 skimmer, Biotec 10 filter, Bitron
UVC, Aquamax pump, Lunaqua
2.1 underwater lights). I'm glad I didn't cheap out with a lesser product
line. I'll be recommending you to anyone that asks.

Within
a week, the OASE Biotec 10 filter allowed me to see the bottom of my 2.5
ft deep pond -- something that I hadn't seen in months. Would I do business
with PondsOnline again? Absolutely. In fact I'll be placing my next order
within the next couple of weeks.
