This unobtrusive black ultraviolet clarifier/sterilizer can be used both in or out of the water to control water borne algae and prevent the spread of disease within your pond. It is available in 10 Watt, 20 Watt and 35 Watt models. Can be installed submersed or outside of the pond Glowing monitor halo ring is immediately visible from any angle and shows that the unit is working 9,000 hour long-life UV lamp 1-year manufacturer's limited warranty (warranty does not cover UVC lamp) MUST be plugged in to a properly grounded and GFCI (Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter) protected 120 Volt outlet ! DO NOT USE in combination with high-pressure waterfall pumps Water has to be pumped through the UVC - do not operate on gravity feed This product will not eliminate blanketweed/string algae Not for use in swimming pools or salt water
