Livingponds® Waterfall Filters provide complete, low maintenance bio-mechanical filtration for ponds. They create a professional-looking waterfall while meeting the filtration demands of your water garden ecosystem. A 22" waterfall looks great at the top of a waterfall or stream or right next to the pond. Livingponds® filters injection-molded housings are super tough but also offer a perfect blend of style and functionality.

Livingponds® Versatile Filter – Place Up to 10' Away From Pond
Livingponds® Versatile Filters allow you to be more creative with the placement of your biological filtration system. Unlike filters that have to be placed at the top of the waterfall, the Versatile Filter can be hidden easily behind fences, shrubs, or surrounding landscape - up to 10' away from the pond. Livingponds® filters injection-molded housings are rigid enough to use above or below ground. Versatile filters are the choice of professional installers who want the flexibility of executing designs without equipment getting in the way. The Versatile filter features a 2" outlet that can be connected to a standard MIPT PVC adapter.

Savio Livingponds® filters were engineered to harness the natural dynamics of moving water. Their cylindrical design puts pond water into a self-cleaning, highly dynamic "spin cycle". This process removes the heaviest debris before it gets to the filter media, and ensures that water is evenly distributed throughout the filter chamber. The net result is a filter that operates nearly 4x more effectively than those clunky box filters.

Cleaning a Livingponds® filter is a breeze! All Savio Livingponds filters use Savio Springflo – the original, patented media that resists clogging, compaction and channelling. To clean, gently agitate the media, then drain the filter. Using the optional bottom drain accessory (sold separately) simplifies this task even further - allowing you to empty nutrient-rich pond water to your garden. No fuss, no muss, and no ruined clothing.

Savio Livingponds® filters complete filtration for ponds up to 5,000 gallons. But if you need to add more filtration capacity for ponds over 5,000 gallons, that's no problem – Savio's modular design makes it easy to connect multiple units together.

This is not just another plastic media – it's hybrid technology! You are looking at the world’s most advanced bio filter media. The remarkable, embossed green coils of Savio Springflo™ provide more surface area for beneficial, waste-purifying microorganisms than any other product of similar volume. Patented design resists clogging, channelling, and encourages rapid bacterial growth for healthier, cleaner ponds and water gardens.

Savio Springflo’s embossed pattern provides over 180 sq. ft. of active surface area per box. Easily self-dispenses – simply hold above filter and start unwinding from center. While other media have a short usable life (they work best off the shelf) – the “loose coil” effect created by Savio Springflo™ fosters an ideal environment for waste filtering – it actually works best as it gets dirtier. Plus, it’s very easy to clean – just don’t use soaps, hot water, or chemicals, as they can harm the beneficial bacteria thriving to keep your pond clean, naturally. Savio Springflo™ is a special formulation of embossed polypropylene and calcium carbonate that lasts for an entire year. Plus, it’s an easy upgrade for any old style filter still using filtermat, gravel, bio-balls, or floss.
