I must say I have never done business with a company that is so consumer friendly. Everything I buy for my pond will be from you. I had no prior experience and there are very few ponds in my area to even look at to get an idea. I put in my pond over the weekend and everything works just like you said it would.

The liner arrived and I got it positioned -- by myself (with a bad back!!!) -- with no difficulty! It is in beautiful condition and was just the right size. I had originally considered going to a local garden center to get a liner, hoping that their largest size would fit my oddly-undulating pool. Thank goodness I found your company! I saved well over $100 from their price, plus the size I got from you, which I thought was an overestimate, turned out to be just right once the low side of the pond was leveled out. (My last pond at my old house had a liner that was 6 inches too short, and I always regretted the "low side" of the pond.)

We needed to replace the pump in our "homemade water fall" and I thought about searching the net for a bargain. We happened upon Discount Pumps and Liners. They responded promptly to all inquiries. They made recommendations, based on the information we supplied. When the pump arrived, there were difficulties because of the information I had furnished them. They patiently "nursed us through the problem" and everything is working fine. We recommend this company.

Plus, I didn't have to drive an hour or more round trip. Your website allowed me to comparison shop and convinced me that OASE's more energy efficient design would save me money in the long run.
