I would like to thank you profusely for everything you have done for me.
I received the rest of my shipment (ball valves with adapters) and I must say, I haven't seen a better customer service yet. Period.
You guys really went out of your way to accommodate me, to change my order a few times, to actually go get the pieces and glue them together because I couldn't buy the parts where I live.
This has been a really wonderful experience to deal with you guys. At a time when it seems that customer service has degenerated in order to sell as cheap as possible, you guys were a very pleasant surprise.
