I justed wanted to state that a lot of companies these days use the phrase “Customer Service” but PondUSA actually uses the phrase.  I decided to buy two ponds after submitting my order for 1.  I sent an email which with other companies may get read a week later.  The order was processed the next day and they had added the additional pond, no questions, no extra shipping, no extra handling. Great Customer Service Guys.  I received my order in three days and am a very happy customer.
