Following are a few pointers before you start typing your inquiry
- If you have issues or warranty concerns with a product you purchased from us, please let us know. We administer all warranty claims ourselves and arrange to have a replacement product shipped to you at no charge. All you have to do is contact us for a return authorization number and we’ll take it from there.
- If you have warranty issues with a product that you purchased from another retailer, please contact the seller or manufacturer. We cannot process warranty claims or provide customer support for products that have not been purchased from us.
- We are an online retail store and do not provide product to the wholesale market.
- We do not have a print catalog. Our product selection, prices and specifications change frequently. In our business, a print catalog is not feasible.
- We do not sell outside of the United States.
