Pond is Clear – Fish are Happier!

I am very pleased with the OASE Filtoclear system you recommended for my pond. The pond has never been clearer and the fish seem happier (all 19 of them). I just want to say thanks and let you know you have a very happy customer.

Top Notch Company

I cannot express how happy I am that I chose to use your company instead of the other pond supplier that I have always used in the past. I have a 4500 gallon pond with several large Koi and approximately 10 large pond comets. After using another type of filter for the last several years with horrible results (both with customer service, performance and product failure) my wife and I were ready to fill the pond in with concrete. You could almost walk across the surface it was so thick and smelly. After listening to your advice and recommendations I purchased the Oase FiltoClear 8000. The order was on my doorstep in 3 days.

I installed the filter, and the next day it seemed to have really cleared up the surface algae. I was still skeptical this would work in the hot Arizona sun. I about fell over when I went out after work on day 4, I could see the pump on the bottom of the pond. This is something I have not seen in 2+ years. My fish are doing cartwheels (if that is possible). I cannot wait to see the results after two weeks.

Again I want to express what a top notch company you have. The knowledge and customer service are off the charts. You have a customer for life, and I will recommend Pond USA to everyone I know with a fish pond or water garden.

Very Knowledgeable

I found PondUSA on the internet while researching on how to remake my fountain, so it was not too loud for our enclosed patio. Ted walked me through every option and explained how the multiple options differed. He explained everything from pump size to the differences in spillways. I would not have had the great outcome I had without Ted’s valuable knowledge. Everything shipped on time and was an excellent experience!

Tobi was very GREAT! to work with, if she don’t have the answer then she got it for you. She helped me with my order, and got all my questions answered, she was very patient with me, and helped me through the whole process. Would love to have an employee of this caliper. Thanks again…..
