I have purchased filter parts and new underwater lights from PondUSA in the recent past, and I will certainly continue to use your company as the supplier for any future equipment needs. Local aquatic supply retail establishments are not staffed by experienced personnel, and I have not been successful in obtaining any information from them save for the option of replacing my equipment with whatever they have on their shelves (submersible pumps by others).
