I needed a filter in a hurry and the staff did everything they could to help out.  Emails were always answered promptly and I received my order quickly.  I received a defective thermometer and even that was quickly replaced with no problems.  Within a week, the filter allowed me to see the bottom of my 2.5 ft deep pond — something that I hadn’t seen in months.  Would I do business with PondUSA again? Absolutely.  In fact I’ll be placing my next order within the next couple of weeks.
